TRX Strength: TRX Suspension Trainer is the original body weight based training tool that builds strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability for people of all fitness levels. TRX works all core all the time, so get ready for great abs and a strong back in addition to a toned, sculpted body!
TRX Core Yoga: This pilates and yoga inspired workout is getting rave reviews around the club. You will experience an amazing core workout along with targeted exercises for the glutes and hips. Core Yoga will also shape your torso, sculpt your muscles and streamline your body. Great way to drop a clothing size in addition to improving range of motion throughout your joints. Workouts can be tailored for each fitness level. Athletes welcome!

Life doesn't happen sitting down
In real life, our bodies move to the side, backwards, forwards and diagonally. Shouldn't we train the same way? Unlike traditional weight training that tends to be linear and follow one plane of movement (sagittal), Suspension Training encourages multiplanar training (frontal, sagittal, transverse) which integrates all your motions and mimics real life movement. This will bring a muscular balance to your body, increasing performance and preventing injuries.
