Program Descriptions and Pricing
CrossFit is primarily a core strength and conditioning program that combines intense training with close supervision in a positive, exciting environment. Workouts range from 20 to 50 minutes and daily vary in design to challenge and push you towards your fitness goals. Exercises will include body weight training, kettlebell work, and running, along with some non-traditional methods such as tire flipping and sledge hammer pounding. CrossFit will give you increased cardiovascular capacity and strength while delivering maximum fat loss in minimal time. All workouts are held in the CrossFit facility beside the pool deck.
CrossFit Pricing: $89 per month for unlimited workouts.
TRX Strength: TRX Suspension Trainer is the original body weight based training tool that builds strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability for people of all fitness levels. TRX works all core all the time, so get ready for great abs and a strong back in addition to a toned, sculpted body!
TRX Core Yoga: This pilates and yoga inspired workout is getting rave reviews around the club. You will experience an amazing core workout along with targeted exercises for the glutes and hips. Core Yoga will also shape your torso, sculpt your muscles and streamline your body. Great way to drop a clothing size in addition to improving range of motion throughout your joints. Workouts can be tailored for each fitness level. Athletes welcome!

FUSION Fitness Training: FUSION is an all inclusive training program with workouts focusing on cardio endurance and interval training, along with strength and functional training for a full body workout. Workouts are appropriate for the seasoned workout enthusiast or the beginner. Clients have found that working out in a small group with accountability is exactly what they need to finally reach their fitness goals.
Fusion Pricing:
*$59 per month.
*Add a TRX class for an additional $10 per month
*Add a Body Bugg Lease for an additional $39 per month.
PARISI TOTAL CONDITIONING PROGRAM FOR ADULTS
A Radical Approach to Training for Adults, this program allows you to train an unlimited amount of times per week for a low monthly fee. This is an easy way to get into top shape and train throughout the year to maximize results. This training incorporates Parisi’s Signature Speed Training Methods and the latest in Performance and Strength Training. This program uses exciting modalities like Medicine Balls, Swiss Balls, Resistance Bands, Partner Body Weight Exercises, Ladder Exercises, Resisted Running, and Plyometrics and yoga. Two levels are offered to accommodate beginners to advanced athletes.
Pricing:
3 month membership: $129 per month for members/ $149 for non-members.
9 month membership: $79 per month for members/ $99 for non-members
